I am one of the new Managing Directors of Little Cygnets alongside my husband Scott. I have many years working with children with additional needs. Firstly, as a support assistant then trained to be a primary school teacher before returning to a SEND school to teach for 7 years in early years and key stage 1.

I have worked with a range of children especially those with a diagnosis of Autism and communication. I am Forest School trained and love the outdoors. We decided we wanted a new challenge and can't wait for this new adventure.

I am the new managing director alongside my wife Jess. I have 11 years of experience as a Primary SEN teacher, specialising in supporting children’s social, emotional, and mental health needs.

In addition to my teaching role, I served as the lead for relationship support and was also the Art Coordinator. When I’m not at Little Cygnets, I work as a private hire driver in Newcastle, or you can find me out walking my little dachshund, Frankie.

I have many years experience in working in early years. I hold a level 3 in childcare. In my spare time I love to bake and spend time with my partner, going on walks with our dog cookie.

I work at Little Cygnets part time, I hold a level 3 in Childcare. I love spending time with my little family going on outings and walks together. My favourite time of year is Christmas, it's such a magical time of year!

Hello I'm Chloe, I have worked at Little Cygnets since August 2019. I hold a Level 3 in Childcare. I like to spend time with my little boy, friends and family, going out for meals and shopping.

I have been at Little Cygnets for 4 years now, I am now a Room Leader with a level 3 qualification in childcare, currently studying to gain my level 5 in Early Education. I have worked in childcare for 13 years, I live locally with my husband and my 4 children.

I started working at Little Cygnets Childcare April 2021, I am currently completing an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare. I hold a level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, level 2 in Childcare, recently I have completed training in Safeguarding and Sexual Exploitation. In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with my friends and family, going on long walks with my french bulldog called Sonny.

I love to watch children learn, grow and enjoy their time at nursery. In my spare time I love spending time with my family especially my little boy Harry.

Hello, my name is Helen. I started working at Little Cygnets in June 2022. I hold a NVQ level 3 in childcare, I have over 9 years experience of working with children.

I have many years experience of working in Early Years. I have my level 3 in childcare. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and going on long walks with my dog.

I'm Alexia, I joined Little Cygnets in January 2023. I hold a Level 3 in Childcare and have over 5 years experience of working in early years. I like going to the gym and spending time with my friends and family.

Hello I'm Suzanne, I hold a Level 3 in Childcare. I have many years of experience in childcare working with different age groups. I love to see the children enjoy having fun with their friends as they play and learn. In my spare time I enjoy the theatre, going out for food with friends and family and going for walks down the coast.

I am currently completing my Level 2 and have worked previously in schools. Most recently in SEND school. I have a passion for caring for children, I love nothing more than creating an environment where children are playful, engaged and happy. I enjoy going on holiday with my friends and family and looking after my grandog Frankie.
